We have had the snowiest week of the season.
The snow had all melted but, we have had about 6 inches since Monday.
It should all melt this week.
It is still winter until the Shih Tzu wiggles out of his sweater.
He hasn't done it yet so, its still winter.
Smarter than the ground hog.

It snowed here in WI almost everyday last week also, but it melts the next day.
