It's Getting Really Close

I have two sides of the border done and a little more along the top edge.
I am getting very excited!!

I have gotten a few new things from the Nashville Market.
La-D-Da  Me & You, Chessie and Me A Gathering of Sheep, Stacy Nash Jack's House Pinkeep and Blackbird Design Sweetheart Pocket.
Couldn't get this picture to turn the right way.
With Thy Needle and Thread:  The Gilmour House Sewing Tray with the tray and Spring Delivery.

We have had the snowiest week of the season.
The snow had all melted but, we have had about 6 inches since Monday.
It should all melt this week.

It is still winter until the Shih Tzu wiggles out of his sweater.
He hasn't done it yet so, its still winter.

Smarter than the ground hog.
Hope you had a great weekend
Have a gorgeous week.

Getting There

Getting there!
The main body of His Eye is on the Sparrow is done.
I'm working on the border.
I did get it to line up with a little ripping.
It is a little off center but, only by two stitches.
I'm not going to adjust that.
I have five skeins of  Oscar left.
I hope that will be enough.
I am telling you this is a thread suck and the pattern gave you no idea just how much thread you need.  I have used a lot of thread!!!
And I finished my first pair of felted slipper clogs.
I am pretty pleased with how they turned out.
I have yarn to make a pair for Ed.
When I brought these home and he saw him, he asked about me making a pair for him.
I showed him the yarn I picked out for him and it was a hit.
I'm using yarn on the upper part that is varigated.
As I said, I'm getting there.  I'm starting to think about what will be the next project once With His Eye.... is done.  I have a few things to pick from.

Hope you had a great weekend.  It was cold here and we got about two inches of snow.  The good thing is this time of the year, it never stays long.

Have a gorgeous week!
